Privacy Policy

ARGO ADVISORY & CONSULTING (ABN 46346494180), of 717/226 VICTORIA STREET, POTTS POINT NSW 2011 ("Argo", "we"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information, having regard to the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, business name, email, phone and website.
  • Information about your business needs, budget and timing that you include in an enquiry.
  • Basic website usage data collected through analytics tools, where enabled.

We ask you not to send sensitive information (such as health or financial details) through our website forms.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide proposals and services.
  • To manage our client relationship, including invoicing and scheduled reviews.
  • To improve our website and services.

We will only send marketing emails with your consent, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Disclosure

We use trusted service providers (for example website hosting, email, scheduling and accounting software) that may store information on our behalf, which may include storage outside Australia. Specialist contractors engaged on your project may receive the information needed to do their work, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, security and retention

Enquiry information is stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised personnel. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, provide services and meet legal obligations. Information no longer required is deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
