Coaching is not about telling you what to do. It is about giving you a confidential space to think clearly, challenge your assumptions and draw on the experience of someone who has been through many of the same situations.
Engagements are agreed up front with clear goals, a set duration and a review point. Coaching is confidential to the leader, and where an employer sponsors the engagement the scope is agreed with everyone at the start.
